The Goldene Dachl in the heart of Innsbruck Old Town is the symbol of Innsbruck. It is also worth giving the Museum a visit. The period of Kaiser Maximilian I. is documented in great variety in the six display rooms. The latest technologies, such as sound installations and touch screens convey intense impressions of the Tyrol in the late Middle Ages (audio guides in German, English, Italian, French and Spanish available). For children, there is an exciting journey through time with Kunz von der Rosen, the court jester of Kaiser Max. He shows them where they can discover interesting things from all ages in a playful way. A view of the Old Town from the Prunkerker must not be missed!
